Enable POI fast travel in Accessibility settings.
Hotfix 10 confirms that discovered points of interest can be used for fast travel when the option is enabled. Custom mouse waypoints now use right-click, while Pilgra’s Egg unlocks a separate teleport to the Amphitheater.

Turn on fast travel to discovered points of interest.
Double left-click no longer places a custom waypoint.
The item teaches a dedicated teleport spell.
How to turn on fast travel
- Open the game menu and choose Accessibility.
- Enable the option that allows fast travel to points of interest.
- Open the map and choose a point of interest you have already discovered.
Fast travel to points of interest can be enabled in Accessibility options. The official notes describe this as an optional accessibility feature, so it may be off even after the current update is installed.
If the option is missing, confirm that the game includes Hotfix 10 or later before troubleshooting the map itself.
How to place a custom waypoint
On mouse, custom waypoints now use right-click rather than double left-click. This Hotfix 9 change matters when following older launch-day instructions that still tell you to double-click.
Quests now mark areas correctly on the map in a TES3-style way. A marked quest area and a custom waypoint are different: the former comes from quest guidance, while the latter is a marker you place yourself.
How to unlock the Amphitheater teleport
Eating Pilgra's Egg teaches Teleport to the Amphitheater and now displays an alert. Update 8 added a visible alert for this unlock, so eating the item on the current build should make the result clearer than it was at launch.
This is a confirmed destination-specific teleport. The public update notes do not provide a complete list of every travel spell or every place it can reach.
What changes when playing co-op
Click a teammate map marker to teleport to them. Co-op companions now appear on the compass. These party features help players regroup, but they are separate from enabling POI fast travel for your own map.
See saving, quest tracking, revives and regrouping in the co-op guide.
